Sales Manager, Data Software and IT Services

Job position: Sales manager, serving Central Europe and wider European market selling data integration software and IT data services.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct and OEM sales of data software licenses to data solutions companies
• Direct sales to major IT organization for data services consulting
• Partnership development of resellers and sales representative

With major clients such as IBM, Cisco, DHL, Comcast, Skoda Finance, Mulesoft and others, Javlin is positioned for future growth in both Central Europe and USA.

Location: Prague or Brno offices, Czech Republic
Travel: medium. 25% maximum outside of greater Prague region
Compensation: Market rate base pay and aggressive commission with incentive bonus. Euro 80,000 estimate for OTE
Reporting to: EVP, Sales, Javlin a.s.

What will be sold:

• CloverETL data software: licenses that range from $5k-$50k per unit
• Data Solutions Services: Project based consultancy sold in manday rate
• Custom Software Development: Project based consultancy sold in manday rate

Experience/Sample Candidate profile:

• 5-10 years direct selling experience in high technology, software or data systems
• Communication skills and English language ability
• Classic sales skills including qualification, opportunity management and closing
• Key ability to develop business leads from existing or new contacts in data solutions community
• Perfect candidate: former data systems or software salesman (sales-lady), mature customer approach with an orientation to closing target account leads.
